Career Services

Career Services

UC Berkeley’s Career Services Office supports online MPH students and alumni in achieving and pursuing their professional goals. We bring together employers, students, and alumni to create a diverse and inspired support network of public health practitioners and researchers equipped to address the challenges of the 21st century and beyond.

Career Counseling

You’ll access personalized career counseling and advice on your job search, and insight into open public health positions. Sessions take place via phone, Skype, or in person. Topics of discussion include career decisions, job search strategies, evaluating job offers, and feedback on your resume and cover letter. You’ll also get to practice with mock interviews that prepare you for leadership positions. Career counseling is available Monday–Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PST) and is operated through the Career Services Office.
